Still Going!
I haven't fallen off the wagon yet! That's right i am still happily caffeine free! 3 1/2 weeks to be exact and no pop for 3 weeks! Woo-hoo! I have already lost 2 pounds and I think as soon as I start getting a little more exercise each day that the pounds will keep coming off! I have 10 pounds that I would like to officially lose, and also work on flattening my abs while i am at it. I can't afford a gym membership so I have to be creative here at home. Chloe makes a good weight! lol
This is my custody week with Chloe and she is not here. She is staying with her grandma Karen. Wesley has not paid his daycare fees yet and the daycare asked that I not bring her until he does. They feel really horrible but they are out over $1500. there is a court hearing the 23rd and our hope is that 24 hours be given to pay, and if not done jail time will be given.
We'll see I guess.
He's being an all around jerk ( What's new I know).
Chloe has been really talkative over the phone, it amazes me that she is only 2 1/2. She is growing up so fast. Her grandma said today (and chloe told me later) that she had a tea party in the garden and she had fish crackers for herself and dog biscuits for Rohan. She then called me to tell me that she wanted to see me, and she wanted to sing me a song. I love her.

I am not a girl, I am just a mom
That is the truth that I learned from Chloe this week. "You not a girl, you a mom". This is what Chloe told me a couple days ago when we were looking at pictures, and I said she was a girl and I was a girl too.
It's funny how true that statement actually rang to me. No longer am I "just a girl", I am a mom! People see me in a different light. I think this explains why dates are few and far between! lol Guys see me as a mom not a girl!
I am sitting here typing right now while Chloe is in Rigby with her grandma Karen. I originally planned this sleepover so that I could go with my branch on a trip to Martins Cove. Now I don't know if I will. I have to make my decision soon because we leave in 3 hours. I know it will be a wonderful experience, but will it be worth giving up the time with Chloe? I sure do miss her. I don't want to be selfish. I wish someone could make up my mind for me.
I think I will just sit and pray about it for awhile. Maybe something will come to me before I need to go.
*It's 11:20 pm. I chose not to go, but gave my camera to a friend to photograph for me*

Majestic Beauty
I had a wonderful weekend away in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho. It was a very long but beautiful drive. I wanted so badly to stop and take pictures, but the punctual part of me wouldn't allow it. Silly I know. Western Montana is absolutely gorgeous. The mountains and rivers are amazing. I went at the perfect time because the runoff from snow is at it's peak and everything is green and beautiful. The wildlife was everywhere. On the drive to CD'A a young buck was grazing on the side of the road, glancing up now and then as if the traffic was a boring rerun. Hawks and eagles were everywhere too. On my way home Sunday night I spotted a Bald Eagles nest but it was while on a bridge so I couldn't stop to photograph it.
I arrived in CD'A safely Friday night and picked up my friend Dave at the Spokane airport. We drove to the hotel and checked into our rooms, before hitting the hot tub. Which was a great bonus to my long say of driving, since my lower back was protesting. The next morning we woke up and after eating breakfast at the hotel we went for a walk around CD'A lake. ( Of course we forgot the cameras) Dave then had some job interviews so while he was there I got some rest in my hotel room.
While we were eating lunch later that afternoon Dave's brother Mark called and invited us up to Sandpoint for Four-Wheeler riding. Sandpoint is absolutely beautiful!!!! We drove the four-wheelers (okay I rode on the back) up to the top of the mountains. The view was incredible and of course no camera.
Sunday we had planned on going to church together but Dave had another interview call and ask to meet with him, so we went back to CD'A and after the interview went to the lake again. This time we got some pictures!
I had a blast and hope to go again. Love you all!
